How Payment Works

Providers or marketing partners may pay Dependentday Heating & Air for the calls, form submissions or other referrals we send their way. The amount can depend on things like how long a call lasts or whether it is answered. We may be paid even if you do not hire the provider.

This payment does not change what a provider charges you. You pay the provider directly for any work you agree to, at prices the provider sets.

Providers Stand on Their Own

Providers are independent businesses. They are not employees, agents or partners of Dependentday Heating & Air. Each one is solely responsible for:

• Its estimates, prices and terms
• The quality and timing of its work
• The equipment it installs and any warranties it offers
• Its licenses, insurance and certifications
• How it communicates and behaves with you

Being connected with a provider is not an endorsement, and it is not a promise about their work. Because of how we are paid, the provider you reach may depend on which providers are part of our network at that time.

The Decision Is Yours

You are never required to hire a provider we connect you with. We encourage you to ask questions, check credentials, request a written estimate and compare other quotes before you decide.
